Fatherhood Counseling & Support
From pregnancy to postpartum and beyond

The Silent Struggle
While pregnancy and postpartum care rightly focus on the mother, fathers are often left in the background—quietly navigating life-changing stress, anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional pressure. From high-risk pregnancies and hospital stays to sleepless nights and financial strain, the journey into fatherhood can feel overwhelming and isolating. Most men aren’t asked how they’re doing—so we’re changing that.
Support That Speaks to You
We offer two ways to support fathers at any stage of the journey:
-
Individual Therapy for Fathers: Private 50-minute sessions designed to help you explore your emotions, manage stress, and feel more grounded in your role as a partner and parent.
-
Weekly Support Group: A virtual space for fathers to connect, talk openly, and receive support from other dads who get it. Especially helpful for those facing high-risk pregnancies, postpartum stress, or NICU-related challenges.

A Call to Care: For Providers & Partners
Healthcare providers can play a vital role in fatherhood mental health by simply asking: “How are you handling the changes that come with pregnancy and fatherhood?”
We offer:
-
A screening guide for detecting signs of stress in dads
-
A flyer to share with patients or partners
-
A referral option for our therapy and support group services
