About Michael Neuman
Passionate About Helping Others
As a licensed psychotherapist and social worker, I am dedicated to helping my clients thrive. My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in a deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of human psychology. My methodology is holistic and integrative, combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered focus.
I offer a range of services including individual therapy, youth therapy, marriage counseling, support groups, and more. Depending on the client's unique needs, I utilize many different approaches, such as emotion-focused, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy competitive sports, fitness, spending time with family, and running my nonprofit, Ji4Life, which helps kids with physical challenges reach new levels of achievement.
Fun fact: I've competed in the MrBeast Games (2024), American Ninja Warrior (season 14 and 15), which taught me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and staying true to one's values.
